Crime Guy Will Return in the Autumn
I am spending the summer writing and researching some new cases in the autumn, plus a closer look at the new case review of Sophie Toscan du Plantier. Have a great summer!
Just a short note to say that I will be heading away on summer vacation soon and I have decided not to post new articles to Crime Guy during that time. I want to research some new cases for you and also keep up to date on Sophie Toscan du Plantier. If there is a major breakthrough then I will break my silence.
In the meantime, I hope you have a great summer break. Thanks to my last article about possible new cases, I am pleased to say there is an appetite for more ‘missing persons’ cases and I will be working away on both Damien Nettles and Georgina Gharsallah for you. Nobody wanted to know more about bank robberies but I thought it was important to check! I also have some things planned around the Moors Murders from the 1960s.
At this time of year, hilly grassland is at its best. For some, it conveys peace and tranquility. But for me, it represents potential burial sites. The Moors Murders (the clue is in the name), Christopher Laverack, and Sophie Toscan du Plantier all ended in beautiful countryside. Last summer, lakes at a beauty spot were dredged in the hunt for Claudia Lawrence, and many think that Suzy Lamplugh was hidden in a canal. Happy summer!
